The five-phase approach of our Project Methodology consists of these steps:

Consult and Evaluate: Outsource will meet with you to define the scope of your project. We will help you define your objectives and identify your target audience.

Plan and Manage: Following the project evaluation, we will work closely with you to create a site map and outline the elements of the project. This will help ensure that each feature is clearly defined and that we have your approval prior to the development of your project.

Concept and Design: Our creative team will establish the look and feel of your project based on the information we gathered from you in the first two steps above. Once the look and feel is established, Outsource will implement a heuristics evaluation test to ensure design consistency of the project.

Develop and Implement: After approval of the design template, Outsource will proceed to the development of your project according to agreed specifications. At key points during the development, the project will undergo usability and structural tests to ensure that it meets your standards.

Document and Train: We will create a complete documentation of your project, ensure smooth transition, and conduct training with your team until we formally turnover the project to you.
